The law refines legislative acts that regulate the issue of terminating powers and dismissal of officials of a legal person and the issue of increasing their financial liability.
The law amends article 41 of the Labour Code of Ukraine.
The document establishes minimum amount of dismissal compensation when terminating employment agreement in connection with termination of powers of an official at the level of average salary over six months.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4586.
